Designs and implements cloud networking solutions, custom scripts, APIs, data visualizations, automated tools, and advanced platform extensions. Partners with SOC and incident response teams to improve security workflows and response times. Conducts customer learning sessions and develops customized data analysis using Python, JavaScript, and ExtraHop capabilities. Requires strong networking, application design, cloud technology, scripting, communication, and customer-facing experience.

Leads ExtraHop’s product marketing function, including team leadership, portfolio positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive analysis, sales enablement, content development, integrated campaigns, and executive-level customer and industry engagement. The role requires deep cybersecurity and enterprise technology expertise, strong storytelling and technical communication skills, and collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and partner teams.

Develop advanced GUI, trigger scripts, REST API integrations, custom Python and JavaScript tools, data visualizations, and automated solutions for customers. Analyze network topologies and application stacks, acquire and analyze network data, profile industry applications, conduct root cause analysis, create technical collateral, advise customers, and deliver hands-on learning sessions.
