Analyze network topologies and application stacks, acquire and analyze network data, profile industry applications, conduct root cause analysis, create technical collateral, advise customers, and deliver hands-on learning sessions.

Owns and grows strategic Financial Services accounts by prospecting, developing channel and alliance opportunities, presenting cybersecurity solutions, closing new business, and expanding customer relationships. The role requires enterprise technology and security sales expertise, executive engagement, account planning, forecasting, reseller collaboration, and the ability to explain NDR, Agentic SOC, AI security, and network visibility solutions. Travel is primarily remote and on the road, with at least 50% travel required.

Designs and develops technical training materials, tutorial videos, self-paced courses, scripts, assessments, and digital learning experiences. Collaborates with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps, researches complex technical topics, deploys courses in an LMS, performs quality assurance, and updates content for current product versions. The role requires instructional design expertise, multimedia production skills, authoring-tool experience, and the ability to explain technical concepts to external customers.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and optimizes customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, declarative Flows, and integrations. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leads technical standards and code reviews, manages testing and CI/CD deployments, documents implementations, and supports Salesforce platform improvements. The role requires expertise across Salesforce clouds and CPQ, including Partner Community quoting integrations.

Lead technical strategy across full sales cycles for enterprise network and security customers. Deliver advanced demos and POCs, map solutions to business drivers, mentor SEs, influence product roadmap, support post-sales adoption, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to close complex deals.
