Lead and manage mechanical design projects, mentor staff, perform QA/QC of designs and calculations, specify HVAC equipment and controls, write specifications and reports, conduct life-cycle and energy cost analyses, review contractor bids, manage budgets and schedules, and travel to project sites to resolve issues.

Lead design and technical delivery for MV/HV/EHV substations (up to 765 kV) including HVDC/FACTS. Perform system studies (load flow, short-circuit, protection, harmonics), produce substation design deliverables, conduct QA/QC, support FAT/commissioning and site work, mentor engineers, interface with utilities/OEMs, and support proposals and business development.

Lead electrical design projects (SD/DD/CD) across sectors including hospitality, healthcare and life sciences. Manage RFP/RFQ responses, mentor designers, perform QA/QC of calculations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, develop scopes and equipment room sizing, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure code-compliant designs.
