Leads clinical and coding training strategy, trainer development, operational readiness, and learner outcomes. Manages and coaches training staff, sets performance expectations, assesses capability gaps, develops scalable onboarding and development programs, monitors effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and partners with Operations, Quality, Clinical, Coding, and leadership teams. The role also oversees training resources, reporting, trainee progression, workshops, and continuous improvement.

Analyze medical claims (inpatient, outpatient, SNF, rehab, professional, DME) to identify utilization and root causes. Pull/integrate data, perform QA, present findings, maintain attribution methodology, coordinate stakeholders, and develop tools. Primary coding: Hive, SQL, Python.

Investigates insurance claims to identify subrogation opportunities, evaluates liability and policy terms, reviews evidence, negotiates settlements, and pursues recoveries from responsible parties. Maintains detailed claim records, communicates updates to clients and stakeholders, collaborates with legal and insurance professionals, handles complex files exceeding $15,000, and supports process improvement initiatives.
