Collaborate with cross-functional teams and labs, identify KOLs and educational needs, support sponsored testing utilization, attend conferences, and inform U.S. diagnostic strategy through stakeholder engagement and training.

Strategic communications role to shape enterprise messaging, simplify complex topics, and drive brand-aligned internal engagement. Develop messaging frameworks, content architecture, UX copy, and campaign-style communications while advising senior leaders and partnering cross-functionally to position programs and digital experiences for employees.

Own social content operations: manage the Airtable master calendar, enforce SLAs, act as intake/project manager, facilitate approvals, schedule posts and manage Hootsuite inbox, maintain SOPs, and train/onboard team members and partners to ensure compliant, timely publishing and community engagement.
