As a Senior Analyst, you will develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with operations teams and deliver insights through reports and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

Manage patient and provider panels to close HEDIS and Medicare Stars quality gaps through outreach, provider coaching, workflow optimization, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Lead accounting operations including general ledger, month/year-end close, GAAP financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and team leadership. Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape financial policies, cash management, and risk mitigation for a value-based healthcare organization.
