As a Senior Analyst, you will develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with operations teams and deliver insights through reports and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of high-impact learning programs (onboarding, manager development, clinical and technical enablement). Partner cross-functionally to embed learning in workflows, optimize learning technology and vendors, measure outcomes, and scale practical, AI-enabled, blended learning for a distributed workforce.

The Quality Improvement Specialist connects patients, providers, and internal teams to close quality gaps via education and data-driven collaboration, managing patient outreach and enhancing care coordination.

Manage and maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance (NCQA) for the organization: collect evidence, coordinate surveys, educate staff, evaluate practices for gaps, prepare training and reports, serve as survey point-of-contact, and support continuous quality improvement.

The Quality Program Manager leads day-to-day execution of clinical quality programs, manages Quality Improvement Specialists, oversees quality operations, and ensures compliance with NCQA standards.
