Develops conferences, courses, and webinars for the energy industry by researching market needs, creating commercially viable curricula, recruiting speakers and sponsors, coordinating program implementation, and managing onsite event logistics. The role also builds relationships with industry professionals, represents the company, collaborates with marketing, and requires occasional out-of-town travel.

Develops relationships with energy-industry clients, identifies and researches prospects, presents the value of conferences and training programs, communicates industry issues to senior executives, and manages the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing. The role requires strong communication, telephone sales, marketing, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with domestic travel two to three times annually.
