Serve as a GIS subject matter expert supporting state and local government customers. Build customer relationships, support sales strategies, design GIS solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and explain the business value of Esri technology. Advise on ArcGIS deployment, administration, infrastructure, cloud environments, geodatabases, and system integration. Present to technical and nontechnical audiences, troubleshoot client issues, participate in conferences, and travel 25–50%.

Serve as a technical advisor to defense customers, demonstrating and selling Esri GIS solutions. Design complex solutions, troubleshoot deployments and architectures, integrate GIS with enterprise systems, and align technology with customer needs. Present to technical and executive audiences, lead strategic meetings, provide configuration guidance, and coach team members. The role requires extensive ArcGIS and defense experience, cloud and database knowledge, programming skills, domestic or international travel, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Provides technical consulting and solution design for defense customers using Esri ArcGIS. Presents demonstrations, supports sales strategies, develops GIS solutions, advises on deployment and administration, and communicates technology value to technical and non-technical audiences. Requires defense-sector experience, GIS and cloud expertise, geodatabases, solution architecture, strong presentation skills, domestic or international travel, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a specified security clearance.
