Teams at Esri

Serve as a senior GIS and industry subject matter expert supporting Esri sales. Develop and demonstrate complex ArcGIS solutions, advise enterprise customers, lead technical meetings, design presentations, troubleshoot deployments, and align GIS technology with business needs. Build customer relationships, support revenue generation, coach team members, and present at conferences. The role requires expertise in utilities or telecommunications, cloud environments, system integration, geodatabases, programming, and technical consulting, with 25–50% travel.

Advise electric, gas, telecommunications, and rail customers on GIS solutions using Esri and ArcGIS technology. Build customer relationships, support sales strategies, conduct technical demonstrations, design solutions, troubleshoot deployments, and communicate best practices for GIS architecture, administration, integration, and cloud environments. Present to technical and nontechnical audiences, identify business challenges, and align GIS capabilities with customer needs. Travel domestically or internationally 25–50%.

Reviews, negotiates, and drafts sales, procurement, OEM, resale, and licensing agreements. Partners with sales, procurement, marketing, product, and development teams to align deals with business, financial, and risk objectives. Provides customer-focused support, identifies contractual risks, recommends mitigations, analyzes pricing and commercial software models, maintains confidential information, and improves sales processes and programs.
