Manage and grow commercial accounts by applying GIS/Esri solutions, building relationships, developing account strategies, and driving adoption. Prospect, present, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions, support visual storytelling, and meet sales goals. Travel 25-50% and support customer success across Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, and Financial Services.

The role involves advising customers on GIS technology, solving complex business challenges, and leading technical meetings to drive revenue. Responsibilities include creating innovative solutions, presenting strategies, and coaching team members while serving as a technical expert in the GIS field for electric, gas, and telecommunications sectors.
