Leads and grows a municipal water resources practice focused on stormwater and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include team staffing and mentoring, client management, business development, proposals, project design and contract administration, modeling, cost estimating, public presentations, financial reporting, and quality assurance. The role requires collaboration with public agencies, knowledge of stormwater regulations and standards, and management of multidisciplinary projects and client relationships in Northern Colorado.

Participate in a summer engineering internship with mentorship, feedback, and exposure to surveying, mapping, construction, and engineering projects. Support project progression, engineering calculations, construction specifications, drafting, and client-related work. Learn M-FAD and PLS-CADD, attend site visits, engage with senior leadership, and build professional skills. The internship is a paid, flexible, temporary program lasting two to three months, with potential future internship or full-time opportunities.
