Leads strategy, architecture, deployment, security, and support for operational technology infrastructure across manufacturing facilities. Manages industrial networks, plant-floor connectivity, smart manufacturing systems, PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, IIoT, and edge platforms. Partners with IT, engineering, maintenance, automation, and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, reliable production operations. Responsibilities include infrastructure roadmaps, projects, budgets, vendors, staff leadership, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, and asset lifecycle management.

Creates, governs, and maintains technical documentation for IT and OT infrastructure, including network designs, procedures, runbooks, disaster recovery plans, cybersecurity controls, project records, and training materials. Manages SharePoint repositories, document taxonomies, version control, review workflows, and compliance documentation. Partners with infrastructure, cybersecurity, network operations, service management, and manufacturing technology teams to translate complex technical concepts into accurate, accessible documentation.

Analyzes pricing, sales, margin, customer, and quote data to produce recurring reports, dashboards, models, and actionable insights. Maintains pricing files and customer price sheets, investigates discrepancies, supports strategic quotes, validates reporting accuracy, and performs ad hoc analyses for Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to independently deliver decision-ready findings.
