Supports cross-functional manufacturing, finance, engineering, IT, and operations initiatives through data consolidation, business analysis, KPI reporting, requirements gathering, and cost-benefit analysis. This position is remote within specified states and requires up to 25% travel.

Provides strategic legal guidance on complex commercial agreements, including drafting, negotiation, contracting, procurement, licensing, SaaS, distribution, and supplier arrangements. Advises leaders on regulatory compliance, DOE initiatives, grants, tax incentives, trade zones, customs, logistics, and governmental inquiries. Develops contract templates and playbooks, manages legal risk, supports strategic transactions, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve legal operations and business efficiency.

Leads Western Region sales for a distribution transformer manufacturer. Develops strategic sales plans, expands the customer base, manages key relationships and negotiations, oversees forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting, and leads sales employees and third-party representative agencies. Collaborates with marketing, sales operations, and product development while representing the company at industry events. Requires extensive transformer industry experience, sales leadership, and a strong industry network.
