Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, providing market insights, supporting candidate engagement, and participating in career fairs and university recruiting. The role is fully remote and requires the ability to hold or obtain a DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
