The role involves managing legal operations consulting services, leading client projects, fostering relationships, and providing high-quality advisory services in corporate legal departments.

Support eDiscovery operations by collecting, processing, searching, culling, and packaging electronic records (primarily email) using industry tools. Maintain and improve process documentation, perform QC/validation, coordinate with IT and legal stakeholders, troubleshoot client issues, and manage timelines and reporting. May work additional hours to meet commitments.
