Serves as the primary client liaison and case consultant for eDiscovery projects. Interprets client requirements, advises clients on Epiq services and Relativity, coordinates internal departments and third-party providers, maintains project documentation, and supervises Client Services team members. Provides project updates and performance reports to optimize resources and service delivery. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and eDiscovery expertise.
