Provide technical consulting, solution design, and implementation guidance for Intapp products and integrations. Develop Boomi and ETL integrations using SQL, REST, and SOAP APIs; apply AI and automation to improve delivery, data transformation, security, and compliance. Gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, lead projects, report progress, troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and support successful client outcomes.

Owns and codifies business definitions and calculation methods for legal spend analytics, audits legacy Excel/PowerPoint artifacts, validates analyses (SQL and AI), supports reporting and storytelling for senior law department and C-suite audiences, and helps migrate analyses into modern analytics tooling.

Advise clients, build enablement frameworks, develop go-to-market offerings, and mentor internal teams to embed sustainable behavioural change in legal organisations.

Lead and manage a Client Services team delivering eDiscovery projects; serve as primary client liaison, ensure service delivery, resolve complex issues, manage budgets/forecasting, drive process improvements, and develop subject-matter expertise in client tools.

Leads enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth for AI-powered eDiscovery, legal technology, compliance, analytics, and data intelligence solutions.
