Teams at Epiphany Dermatology

Provides multi-site and remote IT support for dermatology clinics nationwide. Serves as a subject matter expert in areas such as integrations, VoIP, networking, identity and access management, or cybersecurity. Resolves service desk issues, troubleshoots systems, manages risks, supports projects and new partnerships, coordinates hardware procurement, documents processes, and collaborates with vendors, leadership, providers, and clinic teams. The role requires 25–50% continental U.S. travel and residence near a specified major-city market.
