Develop and implement project controls for large-scale capital projects, including schedules, cost plans, budgets, forecasts, earned value and variance analysis. Manage project financial tracking, orders, change logs, documentation, reporting, and schedule and cash flow plans. Partner with project, program, and department stakeholders while supporting financial performance management and system administration using P6, SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Lead and review mechanical engineering designs for gas transmission and pipeline projects; collaborate with project managers and senior engineers; estimate engineering hours for proposals; direct engineers, drafters, and designers; ensure quality control and compliance with specifications; support multi-discipline projects; engage with clients and perform occasional field/site visits.

Manage electrical projects, ensuring design, implementation, and maintenance align with engineering principles. Oversee resources, budgets, and client communication.
