Lead design and technical execution of protection and control (P&C) systems for substations (4kV–500kV). Develop and review protection schemes, one-line/three-line/AC‑DC schematics, perform equipment selection/specification, ensure NERC/IEEE/NEC compliance, support construction and commissioning, conduct QA/QC and peer reviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead electrical design for low- and medium-voltage distribution systems at industrial and gas facilities. Develop one-line/three-line diagrams, schematics, grounding and HAC designs; perform load flow, short-circuit, and motor-start calculations; select equipment; support specs, QA/QC, mentor junior engineers, coordinate cross-discipline teams, engage clients, and perform site visits.

Build and manage multi-week rolling schedules for construction and field work; coordinate across crews, designers, and stakeholders; lead recurring meetings; allocate resources and forecast needs; create tracking reports (heavy Excel use); and drive schedule adherence, performance reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
