Provide transactional legal support for global sales and outsourcing deals: draft, review, negotiate complex commercial agreements, assess and mitigate legal and business risk, coordinate internal stakeholders, project-manage deals to close, advise on contract disputes, train teams, and improve contracting processes to enable revenue generation.

Supports mainframe ISV software installation, upgrades, configuration, testing, customization, maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution. Provides on-call support, researches new software, handles changes and problems, collaborates with vendors and technical teams, and assists with z/OS systems programming. Responsibilities also include DB2 and IMS database maintenance, backups, space management, performance troubleshooting, data refreshes, job monitoring, and resolving high-priority database issues.

Serves as the strategic architect and technical lead for enterprise observability, APM, telemetry, and SRE ecosystems. Designs unified monitoring across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments; establishes SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident-response practices; leads automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps; and develops secure, scalable telemetry pipelines. The role also leads FOAK implementations, monitoring migrations, vendor transitions, knowledge-transfer programs, major incident escalations, operational handoffs, and engineering-team mentoring.
