Leads application modernization engagements, guiding architecture, design, development, risk management, and delivery for complex legacy applications. Assesses application estates, defines modernization strategies, creates target-state architectures and delivery plans, and drives engineering standards. Provides client-facing technical leadership, coaches engineers, promotes responsible AI-assisted development, and develops reusable modernization patterns, documentation, and assets. Supports discovery, assessments, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.

Administer and support Software AG ADABAS/Natural mainframe database environments, including upgrades, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, backups, restores, reorganizations, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. The role manages database definitions, security, utilities, vendor relationships, documentation, client onboarding, and change control. It also provides scheduled 24x7 on-call support across large, multi-database customer environments.
