Requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Leads acquisition strategy and early capability maturation for a critical satellite control mission. Converts urgent mission needs into executable acquisition pathways, prototype plans, experiments, trade-space decisions, commercial sourcing strategies, modular architectures, and fielding roadmaps. Coordinates acquisition, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, finance, contracting, logistics, and industry stakeholders while producing executive decision packages, scorecards, risk assessments, and transition plans. Requires substantial defense or mission capability experience, technical leadership, strong communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD security clearance.

Leads mission-level systems integration across independently governed defense and space programs. Defines shared capability outcomes, reconciles architectures and interfaces, synchronizes milestones and dependencies, establishes integration agreements, drives technical forums and executive decisions, and aligns testing, cybersecurity, training, sustainment, and fielding. The role influences senior stakeholders without formal authority and delivers decision-ready tradeoffs, risk reduction, and coordinated warfighter capability delivery.
