Manages recurring mass emails, newsletters, volunteer communications, social media content, and branded digital and print assets. Coordinates content gathering, editing, scheduling, proofreading, accessibility, and quality control across staff and volunteer teams. Monitors email and social performance, applies engagement best practices, maintains communications asset libraries, and supports timely, consistent messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.

Leads EWB-USA’s organization-wide impact, PMEL, and Theory of Change strategy. Builds results frameworks, indicators, data systems, evaluation plans, and learning agendas; supports partner capacity and evidence-based program design. Develops donor-ready concept notes, MEL plans, reports, impact briefs, and research products. Advises leadership, facilitates cross-program learning, collaborates with international partners, and strengthens the organization’s external credibility through evidence and sector engagement.
