Oversee electrical engineering design, studies, technical documentation, and Engineer of Record responsibilities for large commercial projects. Develop budgets, schedules, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, addendums, and project instructions. Coordinate with clients, project teams, AHJs, and other disciplines; conduct site visits; support quality assurance; and mentor engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD technicians. The role requires a Professional Engineering license, commercial design experience, NEC knowledge, and 20–25% travel.

Leads electrical engineering design, studies, and technical standards as Engineer of Record. Oversees project execution, budgets, schedules, compliance, documentation, client and authority coordination, quality reviews, and site investigations. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and career development for engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD technicians. Requires experience with large commercial, healthcare, higher education, central energy plant, medium-voltage distribution, protection, and paralleled generator systems.

Analyzes utility consumption, rates, costs, and energy performance data to identify efficiency opportunities. Supports energy audits, procurement analysis, utility invoice reviews, benchmarking, measurement and verification plans, remote monitoring, energy modeling, life cycle cost analyses, and technical reporting. Collaborates with clients, utilities, contractors, engineers, and project teams to validate savings, develop dashboards, and address building operational issues.
