Operates and sets up two or more production machines for complex parts and close-tolerance work. Performs inspections, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and quality assurance. Reads blueprints and work instructions, edits machine programs, supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, trains other machinists, and follows safety and quality procedures.

Leads North American sales and business development for leak detection solutions using Quantum Cascade Laser Analyzers. Identifies opportunities, manages sales cycles, conducts demonstrations and customer evaluations, develops account strategies, and collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams. Maintains pipelines and forecasts while serving as a technical subject matter expert for food and beverage, aerosol packaging, and process control customers. This field-based U.S. role requires at least 40% travel.

Completes a 12–18 month training program covering Emerson products, industrial applications, sales techniques, customer engagement, inside sales, and project planning. Supports regional sales, develops customer relationships, attends trade shows, and builds presentation skills. After training, manages an assigned sales territory, develops strategic customer partnerships, plans territory growth, pursues major projects, and delivers solutions independently and collaboratively. Requires travel up to 10% and includes a company vehicle after training.
