Lead North America pricing strategy and execution: optimize pricing systems and governance, analyze data to drive price realization, provide deal support, set regional prices and discounts, and partner across product, sales, and global teams to improve revenue and pricing performance.

Lead the end-to-end global demand planning process, align forecasts across regions, integrate econometric outputs, collaborate with sales/marketing, apply advanced forecasting/AI techniques, monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, present plans at SIOP, and drive continuous improvement across a global manufacturing footprint.
