Responsibilities include resource planning, utilization, staffing, manager development, quality control, client satisfaction, risk management, financial performance, business development, methodology development, and senior advisory work on healthcare transformation initiatives involving Epic, ERP, AI adoption, readiness, training, and sustainment.
