Perform hands-on Epic data conversion activities including CCDA/PAMI ingestion, source-to-target mapping, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover support, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure accurate migration of clinical and operational data from multiple legacy EMRs into Epic.

Lead design, development, and deployment of role-based clinical education for oncology and infusion services. Translate workflows into training and system requirements, partner with Epic/informatics and clinical stakeholders, manage LMS tracking, provide go-live and post-go-live stabilization support, and deliver simulation-based competency validation to ensure adoption across providers, nursing, pharmacy, and operations.

Lead enterprise clinical device integration projects (Mindray and others) from discovery through post-go-live stabilization. Manage multi-vendor plans, infrastructure readiness (VLANs, wired/wireless, servers), Epic interfaces, clinical workflow validation, testing, deployment, governance, capital planning, and stakeholder communications across sites.
