Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise and B2B customers using ElevenLabs API and ElevenAgents. Diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot integrations involving LLMs, telephony, and AI systems, communicate solutions in English, identify recurring product gaps, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and maintain clear technical documentation. The role also requires acting as a trusted technical partner while working autonomously in a fast-moving remote environment.

Build and own ElevenLabs’ influencer marketing channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, campaign planning, creative briefs, launch execution, performance measurement, attribution, budget decisions, and scalable operating systems. The role partners with paid marketing, social, product marketing, data, and legal teams, targeting creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Create experiential graphic design for global events, trade show booths, environmental graphics, pop-ups, and summits. Translate creative direction into spatial designs that work across materials, architecture, lighting, and physical environments. Develop brand design languages, contribute to ideation, present concepts, prepare production-ready artwork, and coordinate junior designers or external partners. The role also supports broader brand graphic design initiatives and requires independent project ownership across international teams.
