Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume go-to-market roles, including Sales Development, Account Executive, and Partnerships positions. Partner with revenue leaders to define hiring strategies, build scalable pipelines, assess talent, provide market insights, and deliver high-touch candidate experiences. The recruiter will use data-driven decision-making, influence hiring teams, and close exceptional talent across North America.

Drive enterprise sales growth across telecommunications accounts by identifying conversational AI opportunities, developing account strategies, closing complex seven-figure deals, and expanding customer relationships. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, Forward Deployed Engineers, and internal teams to deliver proofs of value and production deployments. Serve as a strategic advisor on voice AI while shaping industry messaging, use cases, and the telecommunications sales playbook.
