Develop learning strategies and instructional designs aligned with business and performance needs. Conduct needs assessments, define learning modalities, create storyboards and learning assets, establish design standards and quality frameworks, and lead prototypes through delivery. Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts, mentor instructional designers, manage initiatives and timelines, and use learning technologies, analytics, accessibility practices, and emerging AI tools to improve scalable learning experiences.

Deliver virtual and in-person training on a construction management enterprise software platform to technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and guided activities; answer questions; troubleshoot issues; prepare training environments; track attendance and evaluations; and follow approved curricula. Facilitators must quickly learn complex software, adapt delivery to diverse audiences, complete train-the-trainer requirements, and support domestic and international assignments.
