Drive net-new revenue and expansion across strategic enterprise accounts. Build pipeline, conduct MEDDPICC-based discovery, deliver executive presentations and demos, negotiate complex multi-year contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts. Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps while positioning Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security capabilities. Success requires SaaS enterprise sales experience, technical and cloud fluency, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to sell consumption-based solutions.

Build and grow enterprise accounts with more than 4,000 employees by generating demand, evangelizing Elastic’s open-source and commercial offerings, identifying use cases, managing complex sales cycles, closing transactions, and expanding customer adoption. The role requires accurate Salesforce forecasting, strong relationships with developers and executives, ecosystem-based business planning, and successful SaaS sales into complex enterprise accounts.

Lead technical partner enablement and activation: manage partner lifecycle from architecture and solution design to co-selling, drive design wins, support co-marketing, author customer-facing content, and build a community of solutions architects to grow Elastic Cloud with partners.
