Develops statistical and predictive models, dashboards, KPI reporting, and customer analyses using large datasets. Analyzes and reconciles carrier commission data, membership information, payments, statements, and system discrepancies. Collaborates with internal and external teams to resolve issues, supports Finance close and SOX audits, prepares recurring reports, and identifies process and workflow improvements. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, deadline management, and preferably experience with insurance or healthcare commissions and Tableau.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated test frameworks and suites for complex API and web applications. Tests software functionality, performance, scalability, and database integrations; debugs defects and verifies fixes. Collaborates with engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams on test strategy, code reviews, sprint planning, and root-cause analysis. Contributes to CI/CD automation and creates test plans, cases, procedures, and reports.
