Lead and develop a team of special education teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure compliant, high-quality IEP service delivery. Monitor implementation fidelity, ensure IDEA/504/ADA compliance, partner with district leaders, deliver professional development, and align special education expertise with cross-functional teams to improve instructional systems and documentation.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, accessible web applications using modern .NET and Angular/React. Modernize legacy systems, apply DDD and DevOps practices in AWS, mentor engineers, own solution lifecycle, and collaborate with product stakeholders to reduce technical risk and improve quality.

Manage and grow SMB territory relationships by identifying opportunities, conducting meetings and presentations, closing sales, cross-selling products, maintaining CRM data and forecasts, and staying knowledgeable about Edmentum products and funding to drive implementations and revenue.
