Lead and build Foundation Engineering: consolidate CI/CD, own AWS/CloudFormation infrastructure, create developer platform and ephemeral environments, shift test ownership to engineers, build observability and audited production access, and enable safe AI-assisted development. Hands-on manager/player-coach building tools, pipelines, test frameworks, and developer experience for mixed legacy and new stacks.

Build shared platform components and the ECP Intelligence agent foundation: design identity, data retrieval, serving paths, event-driven messaging, and production AI workflows while ensuring reliability, tenant isolation, and regulatory compliance.
