ECP Benefits Overview

Serve as final support escalation and technical triage for complex issues. Reproduce bugs, validate defects, create actionable tickets, assist release testing, maintain documentation, enable Levels 1–2, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure high-quality escalations to Engineering, Product, and other teams.

Provide first-line support for ECP customers via phone, email, and ticketing. Triage and resolve issues, manage tickets per SLAs, maintain documentation, update HubSpot records, participate in on-call rotation, and meet KPIs while learning product updates and supporting cross-functional workflows.

Lead strategic relationship-building with senior living investors, operators, and technology partners. Grow capital partnerships, expand the integration partner marketplace, and plan industry events to drive customer acquisition, partner value, and market presence.
