Advise on processes, deliver training, define KPIs, mitigate adoption risks, and support renewals and expansion through demonstrated value realization.

Manage delivery of biometrics and clinical trial projects: create timelines, run meetings, align stakeholders, track scope and finances, manage risks/escalations, support audits and client requests, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOPs.

Lead strategic data management for assigned client portfolios: set data standards, optimize clinical data flows, oversee delivery of data management services, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and liaise with clients to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget results.
