Hands-on technical leader who designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, RAG and document-intelligence systems, API integrations, orchestration, monitoring, reusable AI assets, and mentoring a small engineering team to deliver frequent releases and measurable business impact.

Provides senior statistical consulting for clinical trials, including study design, sample size determination, statistical analysis plans, randomization schedules, analyses, reporting, and SAS programming. Develops analysis datasets, tables, listings, and graphs; validates programming outputs; mentors programmers; supports interim and exploratory analyses; collaborates with clinical, data management, regulatory, and client teams; and ensures compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Own Salesforce and commercial systems as the enterprise system of record for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Define commercial metrics, data standards, and governance; improve data quality and adoption; build repeatable board and executive reporting; reconcile sales reporting with Finance; establish forecasting cadence and accountability; manage commercial systems roadmap and external implementation partners.

Manage delivery of biometrics and clinical trial projects: create timelines, run meetings, align stakeholders, track scope and finances, manage risks/escalations, support audits and client requests, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOPs.
