Responsibilities include prospecting subcontractors, conducting discovery, presenting tailored software demonstrations, managing the full B2B sales cycle, negotiating contracts, closing deals, maintaining pipeline and quota performance, and coordinating client transitions with implementation and customer success teams.

Manage customer relationships and the full sales cycle for manufacturing software products. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, consultative selling, lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiations, contract closure, quota attainment, customer service, churn mitigation, renewals, Salesforce activity tracking, and online software demonstrations.

Lead Spruce ERP implementations for new customers by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, configuring solutions, supporting data migration and testing, and preparing clients for go-live. Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitate workshops, provide post-go-live support, manage documentation and risks, and coordinate internal teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
