Manages customer-facing technical projects for radar solutions, coordinating demonstrations, implementations, integrations, support, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partners with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to deliver successful pre- and post-sales engagements. Serves as the primary customer contact, maintains project plans and documentation, resolves escalations, and supports delivery planning. The role requires 5+ years of project or technical program management experience and moderate travel.

Supports customs, import/export, RMA, procurement, shipping, and customer due diligence workflows. Reviews trade documentation, assists with HTS classification and country-of-origin records, conducts restricted-party screening, evaluates export-control facts and red flags, and supports export license applications. Coordinates with brokers, freight forwarders, logistics, procurement, supply chain, sales, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance records and escalating issues.

Lead regional marketing for the Americas, developing integrated campaigns, content, events, partner programs, and demand generation to support complex technical sales cycles. Manage a small regional team, work cross-functionally with sales and product, execute digital and field marketing, and measure campaign performance to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
