Manage and improve the Salesforce environment, including administration, user support, permissions, data quality, workflows, reports, dashboards, CPQ, Apex updates, and integrations with systems such as NetSuite and Marketing Cloud. Lead Salesforce projects from requirements through deployment, troubleshoot synchronization issues, document configurations, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and external partners.

Manages customer-facing technical projects for radar solutions, coordinating demonstrations, implementations, integrations, support, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partners with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to deliver successful pre- and post-sales engagements. Serves as the primary customer contact, maintains project plans and documentation, resolves escalations, and supports delivery planning. The role requires 5+ years of project or technical program management experience and moderate travel.

Lead regional marketing for the Americas, developing integrated campaigns, content, events, partner programs, and demand generation to support complex technical sales cycles. Manage a small regional team, work cross-functionally with sales and product, execute digital and field marketing, and measure campaign performance to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
