Build and operate scalable Ruby on Rails services, Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, AI and LLM infrastructure, billing systems, enterprise integrations, and observability platforms. Drive security, reliability, scalability, and architectural decisions across engineering teams while mentoring engineers and resolving complex production issues.

Lead design of EasyLlama's multi-product platform experiences, translating complex AI-driven architecture into intuitive systems. Define interaction models, embed trustworthy AI workflows, own design systems, run experiments with product and data teams, and drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
