The Staff Risk Analytics role involves overseeing fraud risk management, developing strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and providing real-time analytics in fintech.

Lead the Product and Marketing Compliance team to ensure products, marketing, and customer communications comply with consumer protection and advertising regulations. Translate regulatory requirements into policies, controls, and monitoring/testing, partner with Product/Marketing/Legal/Risk, drive cross-functional compliance projects, manage and develop the team, and maintain documentation and regulatory analyses.

Manage day-to-day global compensation and equity programs: maintain salary structures, run market benchmarking, administer equity grants, support annual cycles, build reports, partner with People, Finance, and Legal, and ensure pay equity and compliance.
