Leads complex research, evaluation, and advisory engagements for utility clients. Owns strategic relationships, directs multidisciplinary teams, guides qualitative and quantitative methods, oversees quality, budgets, staffing, and project economics, and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also drives proposals, business development, thought leadership, staff development, and practice strategy while serving as a senior advisor on energy and utility matters.

Supports applied research and evaluation projects for utility clients by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting interviews and surveys, creating visualizations, documenting methods, and contributing to client-ready reports and presentations. The role involves collaborative project delivery, quality control, task management, and developing foundational consulting and energy industry expertise under guidance from experienced team members.

Owns end-to-end delivery of production data platforms for utility clients, including discovery, architecture, ingestion, transformation, orchestration, governance, quality, deployment, and handover. Uses Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and AWS to modernize legacy systems, integrate utility data sources, build observable pipelines, and deliver operator-facing applications. Leads client engagements, manages scope and timelines, supports migrations, and contributes reusable engineering frameworks and reference architectures.
