Manage day-to-day express service operations: schedule staff, monitor productivity and quality, coach technicians, partner with service advisors, improve guest satisfaction and ESI scores, and report performance to the Service Director.

Plan, execute, and optimize email and digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Manage email calendar, audience segmentation, paid social (Meta) ads, reputation management, and campaign performance to drive engagement and leads. Coordinate assets, timelines, and cross-department collaboration.

Support day-to-day marketing operations: track budgets and invoices, manage manufacturer advertising documentation, coordinate sponsorships and vendors, handle contracts and promotional materials, assist the Marketing Manager with projects, and provide month-end accounting support to keep the department organized and efficient.
