Supervise and guide children and staff in before- and after-school programs. Assist Program Manager with daily operations, program development, compliance, family collaboration, behavior support, safety, and staff coaching. Deliver and track required trainings and certifications.

Provide supervision and program support for elementary-aged children in an unstructured environment. Implement activities that promote skill development and belonging, build positive relationships, ensure safety, and use positive behavior techniques. Perform related duties as assigned.

Provide intensive, individualized behavioral and emotional support to students with affective needs. Implement crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies, assist with IEP goals, collect behavior data, collaborate with special education and mental health staff, maintain safety and confidentiality, and support students' access to curriculum and social-emotional skill development.
