Supports DSST’s education technology ecosystem, including tool selection, procurement, vendor coordination, user troubleshooting, and student information system data integrity. Trains teachers and school technology leads on instructional technology, develops professional development resources, analyzes student data, and tests new software tools. The role requires collaboration with schools, staff, and vendors to improve technology adoption and student outcomes.

Conduct comprehensive cognitive and social-emotional evaluations for middle and high school students across 16 schools. Manage multiple special education assessments, participate in eligibility meetings, write holistic evaluation reports, and collaborate with educators, families, service providers, and community partners to connect students with appropriate supports. Maintain legally compliant evaluation processes while communicating timelines, coordinating cases, and participating in coaching and professional development.

Leads student recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, family engagement, community partnerships, and grassroots advocacy across a middle and high school campus. Develops recruitment and engagement strategies, analyzes enrollment and engagement data, coordinates events and communications, builds relationships with families and community organizations, supports advocacy initiatives, and advises school leadership. The role also manages outreach systems and trains staff to execute recruitment, family engagement, and community partnership plans.
