Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Plan and run practices, design training programs, oversee competitions, enforce safety and regulations, foster inclusive team culture, communicate with families and staff, and be willing to be trained/approved to drive activity buses.

Provide high-quality special education evaluations for middle and high school students across a network of schools. Conduct cognitive and social-emotional assessments, produce comprehensive evaluation reports, participate in eligibility meetings, collaborate with school teams, families, and outside providers, and receive weekly coaching. Travel to multiple schools (typically 4-6) and manage several evaluations simultaneously.

Manage high-volume employee relations cases from intake to resolution, support workplace investigations, advise leaders on policy and consistent application, track case data and trends, and strengthen processes and training to promote a positive, equitable workplace.
