Manages regional fleet accounts by developing leads, growing existing business, executing sales plans, coordinating operations, implementing contracted programs, and partnering with franchise locations. The role supports national and regional fleet relationships, requires strong communication and sales leadership skills, and involves approximately 40% travel. Automotive, fleet, rental car, or related industry experience is preferred.

The Senior Corporate Compensation Analyst supports global compensation programs, including salary, incentive, equity, ESPP, pay ranges, market benchmarking, annual reviews, HRIS testing, compliance audits, and compensation surveys. The role performs complex analysis, modeling, and recommendations; partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders; develops communications and training; and leads compensation projects and process improvements.

Leads national account growth, strategic sales, heavy-duty category expansion, pricing and inventory strategy, product launches, and cross-functional programs. Builds relationships with fleets, carriers, dealerships, distributors, and aftermarket customers; closes complex opportunities; conducts executive business reviews; supports forecasting and CRM accuracy; and trains franchise and field sales teams to improve heavy-duty execution.
