Build and lead Doxel’s People function, including talent systems, performance management, career pathing, manager development, HRIS ownership, employee relations, benefits, immigration support, and learning and development. Partner directly with the CEO and Finance to establish scalable, fair, AI-forward people processes for a growing international SaaS company.

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on closing large enterprise deals, building pipelines, and delivering customized business pitches while collaborating closely with sales engineering and product teams.

Design and run the companys first sales enablement program to train enterprise AEs (and later SDRs, SEs, CSMs) in construction domain fluency. Create onboarding, certification, curricula, playbooks, AI-supported self-service training, and analytics to measure ramp, deal quality, and win rates. Partner cross-functionally to translate product releases into sales-ready content and continuously iterate training via data and feedback.
