Provide individualized, intensive support to students with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Implement crisis intervention/de-escalation (e.g., CPI), positive behavior plans, SEL supports, and IEP-related goals. Collaborate with special education and mental health staff, maintain safety, collect behavior data, facilitate restorative practices and transitions, and support student access to curriculum in a structured therapeutic environment.

Provide intensive, individualized emotional and behavioral support to students with affective needs. Implement crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies, assist with IEP goals and Positive Behavior Intervention Plans, collect behavioral data, collaborate with special education and mental health staff, maintain safety and confidentiality, and support students' access to curriculum and social-emotional skills.

Supervise and engage children in before/after school and full-day programs, plan and run activities, ensure safety, guide behavior with positive techniques, and support individual student needs as required.
