Supervise children and staff in before- and after-school programs, assist the Program Manager with daily operations, develop and implement programming, ensure regulatory compliance, coach and mentor staff, collaborate with families and providers, and maintain child safety and positive social-emotional development.

Supervise and engage children in before/after/full-day school programs, ensure safety and appropriate supervision, plan and implement activities, support and guide behavior using positive techniques, assist students with life skills and personal needs, and support program directors.

Provide assistance and supervision to program leaders working with elementary-age children in an unstructured environment. Implement activities, build positive relationships, ensure safety and appropriate supervision, use positive behavior techniques, and perform related duties. Maintain physical ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
