Teams at Doss

Leads a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers and owns complex enterprise client implementations from discovery through design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, and go-live. The role manages client outcomes, develops team members, improves delivery processes, partners with technical teams, supports product capabilities, and drives AI-enabled automation. It is a hands-on player-coach position requiring ERP implementation leadership, systems thinking, technical problem-solving, and people management experience.

Own post-sales ERP implementations for enterprise customers, from discovery and process mapping through product design, configuration, integrations, UAT, training, and go-live. Build product capabilities, translate workflows into DOSS platform solutions, collaborate on data migrations, and improve customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI. Drive customer value, retention, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional best practices.
