The Human Resources Business Partner advises leaders on people and culture matters, manages employee relations, and leads performance management and career development programs. Responsibilities include workforce planning, policy guidance, HR metrics analysis, talent initiatives, compensation guidance, retention and engagement efforts, and multiple HR projects. The role requires strong communication, employment law knowledge, confidentiality, and collaboration across a multi-location organization.

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering teams and multiple Justice + Civic projects, overseeing design quality, construction documents, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and owners; review interdisciplinary designs; guide staff on justice facility requirements; and support business development, RFPs, client interviews, and relationship management. Apply expertise in smoke control, mechanical and plumbing systems, security integration, facility operations, building codes, and sustainable design standards.

Oversee K-12 design projects from planning through completion, managing teams, consultants, vendors, schedules, budgets, fees, quality, and client communications. Support business development, scope and fee negotiations, project agreements, staffing, milestone tracking, submittals, reporting, and change management. Provide team leadership and collaborate with design leaders to maintain standards and integrate design expertise across project phases.
