Designs scalable global supply chain and service logistics solutions spanning inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, returns, technology, and data. Leads customer discovery, analyzes operational and cost data, validates commercial and technical feasibility, supports sales pursuits and RFPs, develops Statements of Work, and ensures solution integrity through implementation handoff. Requires strong logistics expertise, customer-facing consulting experience, proposal development skills, and knowledge of global geography and trade.

Build and lead a scalable customer onboarding function for complex implementations. Lead strategic customer programs, establish portfolio governance, manage capacity and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with executives, and ensure operational readiness and post-launch stability. Manage and develop onboarding project managers while improving forecasting, delivery efficiency, and governance processes.
