Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, define product roadmaps and requirements, conduct market and user research, drive launches and go-to-market, and track performance metrics to ensure platform alignment with business objectives and advisor needs.

Lead global change and adoption for major transformations (acquisitions, geographic expansion, AI adoption, operating model shifts). Build change capability, stakeholder engagement, readiness and training, change champion networks, measure adoption and sentiment, and advise leadership to embed sustained organizational change.

Manage relationships for a portfolio of corporate travel clients: retention, contract negotiations, implementations, account planning, profitability, selling additional services, travel program consulting, and CRM data capture while collaborating across internal teams.
