Sources and engages women's health clinicians, including CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, and PAs. Conducts structured initial screens, evaluates licensure and availability, maintains accurate ATS records, manages candidate pipelines, re-engages passive candidates, tracks outreach metrics, and provides polished handoffs to recruiters. Supports physician sourcing strategy and delivers daily pipeline updates during a three-month fractional engagement.

Manage and maintain site and corporate financial models, forecast growth, analyze business operations to identify improvements, support monthly close with the controller, and prepare reporting packages for leadership and the board.
