Own work end to end, including product scoping, implementation, testing, code reviews, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making. Improve architecture, testing, code quality, technical debt, and development practices while mentoring teammates and collaborating with product, design, and business stakeholders.

Lead DHI’s FP&A and Revenue Operations functions, partnering with the CFO, Board, and senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, revenue strategy, pipeline governance, sales compensation, and business performance. Build financial infrastructure, improve systems and processes, align finance with go-to-market teams, and develop high-performing FP&A and Revenue Operations leaders and teams.

Administer the end-to-end sales commission cycle, including data validation, calculations, approvals, payroll submissions, plan administration, and discrepancy resolution. Prepare commission reports, dashboards, expense estimates, and trend analyses for stakeholders. Support SPIFF and referral bonus programs, annual plan design, scenario modeling, SOX controls, audit documentation, process automation, and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations.
