Designs and optimizes heating, cooling, district energy, central plant, geothermal, and thermal energy network systems for large-scale building and campus projects. Responsibilities include hydraulic and energy modeling, equipment sizing, controls optimization, piping design, feasibility assessments, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, staff mentoring, proposal support, and serving as Engineer of Record. The role requires technical leadership, client and contractor coordination, and application of energy engineering principles to decarbonization projects.

Leads regional pumping systems and hydraulics engineering growth, technical standards, project delivery, client relationships, business development, recruiting, and staff mentoring. Provides strategic direction for water and wastewater projects, manages scope, schedules, and budgets, supports pursuits and marketing, and coordinates national client service and technical excellence initiatives. Requires extensive pumping systems expertise, professional engineering licensure, and substantial project and client leadership experience.
